She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Villarreal and Elida Villarreal; her nephew Cayetaño Villarreal Jr.; and her brother Cayetaño Villarreal. She is survived by: her siblings, Josefina Mendez (Geraldo), Blasa Vela (Jesse), Genero Villarreal (Isabelle), John Villarreal (Anetia), Frank Villarreal and Robert Villarreal (Martha); and her sister-in-law Ludivina "Lulu" Villarreal.
