He is survived by: his wife Bettie; his children, Julie Nichols, Samantha Longwell and Rick Nichols (Rebeca); his grandchildren, Grace Nichols and Braxton David; his father Floyd McCallay; and his siblings, Greg McCallay (Rebekah) and Mindy Pearson (Eric Pearson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
