He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gilmore and Eva Raines Gilmore; his wife Ruby Griffith Gilmore; his sisters, Marie Gilmore Dawson and Joann Gilmore Johnston; and his grandson Brian McMillan.
He is survived by: his children, Randol G. Gilmore (Janet), Russell R. Gilmore Rhonda R. (Alana) and Robin L. Gilmore Pean.
