He is survived by: his children, Randy Ivey (Toni Tagliarino) and Krista Johnson (Randy Johnson); his granddaughter Heather Ballard (Brian Ballard); his great grandchildren, Landon and Caroline Ballard; his grandchildren, Hunter Ivey (Kelsey Ivey), Dr. Hayden Ivey (Jordy Geiler) and Madelyn Vitolo (Cole Vitolo); his great grandchildren, Palmer and Beau Vitolo; his grandchildren, Jacob Johnson and Meredith Johnson; Lisa Ivey-Liverman (Stephen Liverman), Vicki, Bill Lehner, Jennifer and Colin LaForge.
