It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Burgan of Alvord, Texas, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Richard and Dollie Marie Burgan (Lowney); and his brother John Delockeroy. He is survived by: his wife Connie Burgan of Alvord; his children, Mandy Wingert (Jason) of Decatur, Misty Burgan of Grand Prairie, Jordan Burgan (Darcy) of Alvord and Jimmy Burgan (Jackie) of Cottondale; his grandchildren, Hunter, Averi, Easton Wingert, Colton Gonzales (Kali), Jacklyn Gonzales and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Madeline Burgan, Hadley Hurd, Layla Ramos and Presley Paz; and his brothers, Ray Burgan (Gloria) and Richard Burgan (Glenda). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
