She is survived by: her son Herman Campbell (Bonita Campbell); her brother Roger Grant; her grandchildren, Rodney Allen, Amarillo of Texas, Tyonda Deaver (Sherilyn), Carlos Reese, Peter Allen (Tasha), Lamont Pierson (Brandy), Ka'Tia Campbell, NaTria Allen and Cicley Brackens (Ronald); her close friend Lonnie Steptoe; her cousin Valerie Johnson; and her nieces, Joyce Morgan, Tina Franks and Rhonda Franks. She is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews.
