He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Newton and Lila Beatrice Williams (Clark); his wife Helen Mernice Carreker; his siblings, Orsborn, JC and Dixie; and his daughter Cynthia.
He is survived by: his son Danny Williams (Kim); his grandchildren, Trebor Shaeffer (Rebecca), Michael Williams (Lauren), Ethan Williams, Lindsey Davidson (Devin) and Garrett Williams (Skyler Allen); and his great grandchildren, Austin Shaeffer, Cannon Williams, Lylah Williams, Izzy Williams and Wyatt Davidson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials to be sent to BSA Hospice of the Southwest and Westview Christian Church in Amarillo.
