She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Edward and Elizabeth Swett Parry; her daughter Melody; her son-in-law Chuck Alexander; her grandson Erick Kirby; her daughter Melinda Batchelor; her sister Roberta Parry; and her sister-in-law Betty Batchelor Burgy. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to First Presbyterian Church or Opportunity School, 1100 S. Harrison, Amarillo, Texas 79101 or to the Amarillo Little Theatre, 2019 Civic Circle, Amarillo, TX 79109.
