He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Bustos and Trinidad Rodriguez Bustos; his former wife Juliana Bustos; his wife Esperanza Bustos; his mother-in-law Herlinda Flores; and his grandsons, Jacinto Blanco, Jr. and Bryan Cantu.
He is survived by: his children, Julian Bustos of Amarillo, Apolinar Bustos, Jr. of Mesquite, Alma York (Sonny) of Amarillo, Martha Cantu (Enrique) of Amarillo and Ambrose Bustos (Rosanne). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 3 great, great grandchildren.
