She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Cate and Mayme Cihak; her husband Tom Lewis; her brother Lyle; her daughter Renonda; her sons-in-law, Randy and Eddie; and her grandson-in-law Derek.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Bristow of Valentine, NE; and her children, Debbie, Bubba Wilhite, Stephenia, Robbie Mills of Childress, TX, Shane Elmquist and Brad Elmquist (Brandi Butler). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
