It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ruth Long of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross McNutt and Valley Ruth McNutt (Newton); her husband Von H. Long; her brothers, Jack McNutt and Ross McNutt Jr.; and her stepfather Jim.
She is survived by: her son Von H. Long II; her daughter-in-law Gerlina Long; her granddaughters, Tiffany Long and Tessa Long; her son David N. Long; her daughter-in-law Christen Long; and her grandchildren, Roselyn Long, Noelle Long, Josh Long and Amy Long.
