He was predeceased by: his mother Sadie Caswell Scivally; his daughter Janet Sue Scivally; his father Bill Scivally; and his brother Dr. Kenneth Rex Scivally. He is survived by: his spouse Jessie Matheson; his children, Patricia Anne Gentry (Phil) of Amarillo, Texas and Gene Scivally (Vicki) of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, John Scivally (Nicole), Brooks Gentry (April), Reid Scivally (Erin) and Christen Woodburn (Tito); and his great grandchildren, McGuire Scivally, Quint, Grant Gentry, Sam, Sadie Scivally, Kight and Wren Woodburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to the High Plains Food Bank or a favorite charity.
