He was predeceased by: his father James Lewis; his wife Fern Laura Peake; his siblings, Sam, James, Paul, Mary, Louise, Hazel, Pauline and Jean; and his grandson Matthew Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Lewis (Rosie), Gary Lewis (Debbie), Jimmy Lewis (Diana) and Carolyn Kingham; his grandsons, Michael Lewis (Irene) and Stephen Lewis (Katelyn); and his great grandchildren, Kam Lewis, Jaxx Lewis Creek, Cladie King, Ledford Lewis, Cannon Munkres, Ryder Munkres, Addie Munkres and Oliver Lewis. He is also survived by two brother-in-laws; a sister-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
