He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Cooper and Olive Bouton O'Kelley; his wife Raye O'Kelley; his siblings, Charles O'Kelley and Fern Toler; his sons, Gary O'Kelley, Larry O'Kelley and Kelly O'Kelley; and his grandchildren, Dawson Miller, Noah Miller, Chloe Miller, Sachin Gordhan and Hriday Gordhan. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
