She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Black and Doris Black; her grandmothers, Josephine Feelings and Georgia Bell Ferrell; her aunt Gail Ferrell; and her son David Langdon (Davey).
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Cruz, Tammy Tuey (Curtis) and Callie Langdon; her stepsons, Kelly Langdon (Laura Leigh) and Chad Langdon (Michelle); and her brother Nick Black. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity Fellowship Church West Auditorium (5000 Hollywood Rd, Amarillo, TX 79118).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice, in honor of Cecilia's memory.
