We are sad to announce that, on October 7, 2021, Chris Alaniz of Amarillo, Texas, born in Hereford, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Maurice Ricklefs; and his grandfather Gilbert Alaniz. He is survived by: his mother Delores Yolanda Alaniz; his son Dayden Alaniz of Amarillo; his grandmother Gloria Alaniz of Hereford; his sister Victoria Ricklefs-Turner (Trenton); and his nephews, Payton Ricklefs-Turner of Amarillo and Gerald Ricklefs-Turner of Amarillo. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
