We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 76, Consuelo Serna Olmos of Amarillo, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Consuelo Serna Olmos to pay them a last tribute.

In bidding Consuelo Serna adieu, let us not mourn the silence that now fills the spaces Consuelo Serna once occupied, but rather celebrate the vibrant colors she painted upon the canvas of our lives. For while she may have departed from this earthly realm, her spirit remains a beacon of light, guiding us through the darkest of nights.

She was predeceased by : her sons, Lupe Olmos and Lupito Olmos. She is survived by : her husband Guadalupe Olmos of Amarillo, TX; her children, Angelica Olmos of Chino Hills, CA, Raul Olmos (Esmeralda) of Amarillo, TX, Gabriel Olmos, Hilda Flores of Amarillo, TX, Mario Olmos of Stratford, TX, Filiberto Olmos (Eva) of Stratford, TX and Israel Olmos (Idalia) of Boise City, OK; and her sister Lorenza Serna of Mexico. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109). A Mass was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Laurence Catholic Church (2300 N Spring St, Amarillo, TX 79107).
