With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Crystal Marie Chilton Morris of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Crystal may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her mother Roxie Chilton Powers of Pampa; her husband Greg Morris of Amarillo; her father Charles P. Chilton of Oklahoma; her daughters, Mercedes Mabert of Lookeba, OK and Hannah Anderson (Summer) of Pampa; and her siblings, Patty Whisler (Jason) of Borger and Chelsie Powers of Edmond, OK. She is also survived by three grandchildren in Oklahoma; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Crystal's honor to Panhandle Behavioral Health Alliance (PBHA), 2207 Line Ave, Amarillo, TX 79106, to support mental health services in the community.
