He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Bevington; his sister Glennda March; his sister-in-law Donna Bevington; his nephew Larry Carpenter; his niece Keri Nebgen; his great-nephew Wyatt Nebgen; his parents-in-law, James and Edna Smith; his brother-in-law Ronny Smith; and his close friend Ronny "Roundman" Murray.
He is survived by: his parent Glenn Bevington; his wife Denise Bevington (Smith); his children, Lanny Bevington (Brandy) and Nicolle Bevington; his grandchildren, Jadyn Brown (James) and Preston Keener; and his siblings, Peggy Carpenter (Tres), Edwin "Tow Head" Bevington and John Bevington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109).
