He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma "Maxine" Elliott (Scott) and Hubert Harrison Elliott; and his sister Connie Denise Height. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elliott; his children, Kyla Middleton and Russell Elliott (Brandi) of Amarillo; his brothers, Ronald Elliott (Linda) and Darrell Elliott; and his nieces and nephews, Cailyn, Lillyanah, Jordan, Madelyn, Sam and Buddy.
