David Leslie Hinds Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Leslie Hinds of Amarillo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie R Hinds and Hilda Goodnight Hinds of Midland, TX; his daughter Kezia Kennedy of Amarillo, TX; and his brother-in-law David Cargill of Amarillo. He is survived by: his wife Jan Hinds; his children, Robert Hinds (Diane) of Amarillo, Ann Hinds of Hurst, TX and Shawn Kennedy (Stephanie) of Amarillo; and his brothers, Ron Hinds of Coppell and Kevin Hinds of Richardson. He is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren.
