He is survived by: his wife Samantha Blythe-Jackson; his granddaughter Scarlett; his children, Sara, Stephanie, Shannon, Rosa, Dathan, Richard, Joseph and Scott; and his siblings, Kay Whaley (Richard) and John Walters (Brenda). He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and nephews.
