He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Butler of Amarillo, TX; his children, Deana Murry of Wichita, KS, Bobby Butler of Weatherford, TX and Vicki Burrell (Jim) of Claude, TX; his grandchildren, Natalie Johnson, Trey Murray, Michael Butler, Shelby Walker, Amanda Loftis, Chris Burrell, Kayla Merrick and Cody Merrick; and his great grandchildren, London, Addison, Erin, Savana, Piper, Avery, Mason, Tice, Scarlett, Clay and Maylee.
