She is survived by: her children, Tim Hooks (Leslie), Koby Hooks, Leigh Ann Dominguez (Antonio) of Amarillo, Erica Cantrell (Christopher) of Amarillo and Kyleigh Hooks of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Kaylynn, Keedan, Kenlie, Kenna, Kaybreigh, Ember, Braiden and Braylee; her brothers, Tommy Stephens (Marilyn), Jimmy Stephens (Joyce) and Charles Stephens (Linda); and her grandchild Diet Coke. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, bonus children.
