He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin McHugh and Billie McHugh. He is survived by: his wife June McHugh; his children, Mark McHugh (Valisa), April McLaughlin (Todd), Abigail White (Jacob) and Carrley Blankenship (Michael); his stepchildren, Ashley Rodriguez (David) and Brandon Pedersen (Courtney); and his siblings, Robert McHugh, David McHugh, Priscilla Brogden and Jessica Higley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
