It is with sadness that the passing of Dennis Tomlin (Amarillo, Texas) is shared. Dennis, born on June 10, 1946, passed away on July 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glynn Tomlin and Bonnie Crane Tomlin; and his brother Howard Tomlin. He is survived by: his uncle Shellie Tomlin; his former wife Lela Margaret Minyard; his wife Kay Minter Tomlin; his children, Charles Minter (Sunshine), Jenny Minter (Geoff), Ethan Mitchell, Deedra Tomlin Bentley (Bradley) and Shelly Tomlin Greco (Joseph); and his brothers, Emmett Tomlin and Stanley Tomlin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in remembrance of Coach Dennis Tomlin to the Texas High School Coaches Association-Education Foundation or Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
