He is survived by: his wife Lan Thi Pham; his children, John, Mary, Elizabeth Nguyen and Phung Minh Nguyen (Tam Dinh); his grandson Lucas; his child Linh Nguyen (Doanh Tran); his grandchildren, Theresa and Johnbosco Tran; his child Hang Nguyen; his grandchildren, Nathan Nguyen, Abigail and Christian Sphabmixay; his sister-in-law Xuan Thi Nguyen; and his nieces and nephews, Trang, Thuy, Thai, Thien and Tuan. He is also survived by four children and grandchildren.
