She was predeceased by: her father Manuel Aguilar; her husband Juan Cardona; and her siblings, Ray, Roy, John, Thomas, Rosendo, Manuel, Alex, Santos, Norma Aguilar and Odelia Casares.

She is survived by: her children, Art Cardona of Amarillo, Jim Cardona (Christina) of Amarillo, Nancy Cardona of Amarillo, Irma Bolton (Dusty) of Dalhart and Cindy Cardona of Amarillo, TX; her grandchildren, Misty Hedquist (Chris), Michael Bolton, Adam Cardona, Yolanda Gonzales, Sylvia Cardona and Jacob Cardona; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, Rayleigh and Theodore; and her sisters, Dominga Gonzales and Mary Martinez.
