She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Allen Bailey and Gladys Gallemore Bailey; her husband William Floyd Rutter Jr.; her brother Don Bailey; her in-laws, Floyd and Dorothy Rutter; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Bailey and Jerry Webb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carrie Ellis (Randy) of Amarillo, TX and Leslie Goodrum (Kevin) of Trophy Club, TX; her siblings, Jack Bailey of Phoenix, AZ, Gary Bailey (Georgia) of Phoenix, AZ and Linda Webb of Amarillo, TX; her grandchildren, Shane Martel (Denise) of Lubbock, TX, Todd Martel of Georgetown, TX, Ryan Goodrum of Dallas, TX and Bailey Goodrum of Frisco, TX; and her nephews, Brett Webb (Jenni) of McKinney, TX and Ben Webb (Karen) of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and her precious cousins.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Harrington Cancer Center of Amarillo.
