She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Collins and Gladys Jean Benton; her nephew Anthony Terry; and her former husband Doc "Lucky" Smith, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Doc Smith; and her sister Sandra Richardson. She is also survived by sister-in-law, all of Amarillo, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
