Dorothy Broadaway Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Broadaway of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on October 5, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William West "W. W." and Grace Irene Goad Evans; her sister Mary Ruth; her son Barry; and her son-in-law Carl.
She is survived by: her sister Billie Ray Williams of Panhandle; her sister-in-law Juanna Jo Hale of New Caney; and her children, Linda, Bill Purvines, Dianne Padgett and Sue Ann Broadaway. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to West Texas A&M University, Carson County Square House Museum or the charity of your choice.
