She was predeceased by: her parents, Sim V. Gamble and Bonnie Ruth Gamble (Tarver); her son Sim Rodney Haseloff; her siblings, Jean Frost Long and Mike Gamble; her son-in-law Stephen "Boo" Urbanczyk; her stepdaughter Sharla Wright; her grandson Jeremy Haseloff; and her pet Duchess.
She is survived by: her children, Len Haseloff (Marsha), Becky Miles (Larry), Lisa Gilbreth, Leslie Urbanczyk and Shane Mecaskey (Marnie); her son-in-law Jacky Gilbreth; her grandchildren, Heath (Lori), Haley, Paige (Matt), Beth Ann (Brandon), Josh (Holly), Jacob and Ryleigh; her pet Dancer; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Knox, Faith (Cade), Avery, Isaac, Taylor, Kaiden, Brayden, Zaidan and Haydon; and her extended family Bill Kinzer (Bruce Lemaster). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
