Don E. Williams wrote a sympathy message

“My sympathy to the family on Jay's passing. Jay and I go way back to high school. He was from Booker and I was from Perryton. We kept in contact over the years and would catch up when we ran into each other. Jay had two speeds, full and off (when he was asleep). He was always so energetic and just made each encounter with him that much more fun. I'm just sorry I didn't get to visit with him near the end. He made my life better. RIP. Don E. Williams”
