He is survived by : his siblings, Fernando Rios, Jr., Del Fina Vasquez, Elena Rios and Leticia Lasoya; his wife Anita Aguilar Rios; his daughters, Raquel Rios James (Shane) of Amarillo, TX, Yvonne Rios Darcy of San Antonio, TX and Sue Ann Rios of Irving, TX; and his grandchildren, Adrian Darcy, Anthony Rios, Dakota Rios, Diego and Ava Garza.
