We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2025, at the age of 77, Francisco Aleman of Amarillo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Aleman and Anita Aleman; his wife Elisa "Lisa" Aleman; and his siblings, Jose Luis Aleman and Olga Aleman.
He is survived by: his son Richard Guzman of Amarillo, TX; his siblings, Estella Aleman of Midland, TX, Joe Aleman of Midland, TX, Lupina Fry of Tulsa, OK, Mandy Oltivero of Hart, TX and Armando Aleman (Linda) of Victoria, TX; his grandchildren, Raquel Medrano (Chris) of Lubbock, TX, Adrian Guzman of Lubbock, TX and Roberta of Lubbock, TX; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Medrano, Rickey Medrano, Noah Gonzales, Jordan Medrano, Jaxon Medrano, Neyomi Ceballos, Laudia Ceballos, Anabell Guzman, Jasmin Guzman, Jaiden Guzman, Malachi Hurtt, Lynnix Guzman, Maliyah Hurtt and Bishop Guzman.
A rosary was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109). A Mass was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1210 SE 11th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79102).
