He is survived by: his parents, Jerry and Charlie Patton of Dalhart, TX; his siblings, Jacob Benegas (Lak), Sierra Valdez and McKenna Benegas of Texas; and his children, Anthony Lopez of Oklahoma, Dezirae Benegas of Oklahoma, MaryJane Benegas of Oklahoma, Jessika Benegas of Colorado and Ariel Benegas of Texas. He is also survived by two grandmothers; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
