He is survived by: his daughter Bridget Hare (Rankins); his wife Linda Rankins; his grandchildren, Destiny Carlile and Stetson Williams; his stepgranddaughter Lacy Caballero (Adam Caballero); his great grandchild Liberty Lynch; Dayton Montgomery and Emma Caballero.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hillside Christian Church – Amarillo Northwest (600 Tascosa Rd, Amarillo, TX 79124).
