He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his sons, Michael (Rachel) and Brandon; his grandchildren, Alex, Sarah, Tyler Woolsey, Dylan, Jessica, Kyra and Taryn; his great grandchildren, Emmanuel, Mac, Van Thornberry, Barrett and Sheppard Woolsey; and his siblings, Richard, Joyce, Jackie Austin, LeeAnn Demke, Marvin, Kim Bender, Nolden and Jan Smith.
