He is survived by: his children, John Levitt (Terri) and Michelle Ducheneaux (Troy); his brothers, Tom Levitt and Larry Levitt; his grandchildren, Chelsea Ducheneaux (Jeremiah Slatten), Joshua Ducheneaux (Juna Glasscock), Dylan West (Atlanta), Dakota West (Rachel) and Damon West (Lilly); and his great grandchildren, Bentley West, Waylynn West, Rayden West and Tucker West.
