She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Underwood and Frances Underwood; and her former husband Lonnie Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Bill Leonard of Amarillo; her children, Jim Simmons (Judy) of Amarillo and Janet Simmons (John Landry) of Amarillo; and her grandchildren, Jandy Furman, Jamie Kucera, Jody Ray Gilcrest, Jancee Beth Simmons, John Simmons and Jarrod Simmons. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
