She is survived by: her husband Art Hulsey; her children, Rick Hulsey (Melody), Cherri Adams and Mark Hulsey (Audrey); her daughter-in-law Connie Hulsey; and her sisters, Susan Penny and Connie Penny. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
