He was predeceased by: his parents, C. G. Box and Doxie Box. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Box; his daughters, Becky Nordyke (Steve) of Amarillo, DeeDee Martin (Tony) of Houston and Terri Parish (Pat) of Houston; his grandchildren, Cortney Pena, Kurk Moore, Amy Shelby, Amanda Cassidy, Candis Peikert, Brittany Williams and Chelsea Bradley; his siblings, Linda Curry of McKinney, Terry Box (Rendy) of McKinney and Kyle Box (Sharon) of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Barbara Dunnam of McKinney. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
