He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Noltensmeier and Beulah Noltensmeier (Thomas); his siblings, Vera Waldrop, Shirley Root, John Noltensmeier and Leo Noltensmeier; his son Michael Anthony McCool; and his grandson Christopher Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Noltensmeier of Amarillo, TX; his children, Mark E. McCool (Teressa) of Amarillo, TX, Kenni Watkins (Jamie) of Amarillo, TX and Laurie Akins (Alan) of Amarillo, TX; and his sister Thelma Scoville of Vancouver, WA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; five nephews; and four nieces.
