As Harrell departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Harrell may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Harrell leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Stevens and Alois Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Stevens; his sister Sara Fyfe of Austin; and his children, Greg Stevens (Debra) of San Antonio, Shelley Bell (Monte) of Dallas and Julie Stevens of Amarillo. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
