She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lewis and Malzina Scroggins-Smith; and her spouse Offerrell English. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Lusk (Glenn), Leola Westmoreland, Debra Lewis, Craig Lewis (Beverly) and Albert Lewis; and her brother Lloyd Lewis (Shalynn).
