He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pulliam and Nora Pulliam; his siblings, Mary, Jim Dickerson, Mae and Carl Higginbotham; and his grandson Dillon Mahan.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Pulliam; his children, Bill "PeeWee" Pulliam (Misty), Christopher Wayne Pulliam, John Henry Pulliam (Shelly), Sis Merchant and Misty Sue Brown; and his brother Oscar Pulliam. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
