He was predeceased by: his father John Sawyer; and his brother Bill Sawyer. He is survived by: his wife Diana Sawyer; his children, Shaun Sawyer (Lindsey), Derrick Sawyer, Aaron Sawyer (Karen) and Nicole Sawyer; his sisters, Liz Valdez and Lee McDonald; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Jaxon, Abby, Aiden, Braylee and Max.
