He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, A. D. Nance and Winnie Mae King Nance; his wife Peggy; his sister Billie Nance Kunkel; his sons, Robert Gary Nance (Laura) of Greenville, SC and James Andrew Nance (JoAnn) of St. Augustine, FL; his grandsons, William Hunter Nance and James Kearon Nance; and his sister Beverly Jo Jinks. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
