He is survived by: his brother Don Robert Hefner; his former wife Lucille Katherine Stewart; his sons, Todd Stewart and Mark Richard Hefner; his former wife Betty Ann Vickers Hyer; his stepchildren, Gregory Lewis Hyer and Leigh Ann Hyer; his wife Ann Hefner; his daughter Dawn Hefner Cleveland; his stepchildren, Greg Hyer and Leigh Hyer Nager; and his sister Carol Ann Hefner Newberry (Newberry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one stepgrandchild, three great-grandchildren.
