He is survived by: his wife Rose Phillips; his son Jayden R. Phillips; his mother Carol Davis of Amarillo; his stepfather James Davis of Amarillo; his father Wade Phillips of Amarillo; his stepmother Tammy Phillips of Rush Springs, OK; his sister Mia Jackson of Austin; and his stepsisters, Jamie Davis of Amarillo and Megan Shedd (Wes) of Amarillo.

The family suggests memorials be made to a memorial fund for Jayden R. Phillips, Jarred's son at any Amarillo National Bank location.
